About us
Radar Austral is an independent editorial desk that analyses online trading platforms with one clear focus: what someone trading from Chile actually needs to know. We are not IQ Option, we are not part of its company, and we do not represent any regulator.
What we do
We take a platform apart topic by topic — access, verification, deposits, withdrawals, instruments, support — and explain each piece in plain language. When an answer depends on something that moves (a minimum amount, a payment method, a bonus condition), we say so and point you to where to confirm it on the platform itself.
How we work
- Every figure is checked against the operator's own pages, and we record the verification date.
- If a detail cannot be confirmed on an official source, we write it as a range, attribute it, or simply leave it out.
- We do not fake evidence. We have not opened accounts, timed withdrawals or published trade screenshots. What we offer is an evaluation framework and an ordered reading of public sources and user reports.
- We state the uncomfortable parts calmly. IQ Option is not registered with or supervised by Chile's Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF), and our guides explain that without drama and without dressing it up.
Who writes here
The desk is edited by Catalina Urrutia Ibáñez, trading platforms editor. Her job is to make sure every guide answers the question that brought you here within the first few paragraphs, and that the rest of the text adds context rather than filler.
How we are funded
Radar Austral may earn a commission when a reader opens an account through our links. That commission does not change your price and does not shape what we write: verified and unverified figures are flagged the same way whether a link is involved or not. The affiliate disclosure spells it out.
A warning we mean
Trading CFDs and digital options carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all deposited funds. Nothing we publish is financial, tax or legal advice. Start with the demo account, use amounts you can afford to lose, and always check the current terms before depositing.
